    Beautiful resort ambiance and decor.

    Checked in and the room wasn't ready. The reception staff's attitude was awful, unhelpful, and unprofessional. We faced numerous delays and a frustrating check-in process that left me exasperated.

    I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff provided excellent service, from check-in to check-out. The facilities were clean and well-maintained. I enjoyed the beautiful lobby design, especially the vertical greening and slide show with a great ambiance. the hotel had an excellent art collection and the free tour of some art pieces was very well done. The gym had brand new equipment and the spa was also nice. I also appreciate that the breakfast had fresh fruits and eggs benedict.

    The hotel was located in a great spot for exploring the city. The bed was comfortable and the towels were clean. One of the advantages was that the room controls could be adjusted using one remote device, making it really easy to set the temperature and dim the lights.

    The check-in and check-out process was extremely slow and tedious, which tainted my overall experience at the hotel. the reception service was poor, which caused confusion and delay.
